#11... Humble Glory ~

The farmer’s wife stitched each star by hand, her needle slow and careful, as if she were sewing his years into the cloth itself.
He was the oldest on the farm… no longer the strongest, but still the most trusted.

Long ago, when he was just a little lamb, young Brian Cooper would visit the farm and sit beside him in the grass—small hands in his wool, quiet laughter carried on the summer air.

When they placed the blanket over his back, he stood a little taller.
Not for the crowd that would gather in Colorado Springs… but for that same boy.

Brian would be there waiting.

And for that, the old sheep carried his honor proudly—
as if time had never passed at all.
