#6...A Summer Walk ~

Along the road into Colorado Springs, the earth begins to breathe again ~ soft greens rising, water moving, light returning.

Draped in worn red, white, and blue, she carries the flag close, not for show... but for what it means.
Each year, she walks this path to Reverend Timothy Johnson's Church. She loves it there.
This year feels a little different.
Families hold their little ones tighter.
Neighbors stop and stay a little longer.
There's a quiet sense that something meaningful is coming.

Because this summer, Colorado Springs will come alive... not just in season, but in spirit - a gentle celebration of America, felt in the way people gather, remember, and stand together.
